Definitions

Interface shall mean the IPFS-hosted web application allowing users to interact with the Protocol.

Protocol shall mean the open-source and decentralized Keom Protocol enabling its users to engage in peer-to-peer borrow and lend activities through pools of crypto assets, including for margin trading.

Association shall mean Keom Association, a non-profit entity established in Geneva, Switzerland.

Keomrad(s) or "you" shall mean any natural or legal person using the Interface or otherwise interacting with the Protocol.
