Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, to the exclusion of any rules of conflict resulting from private international law.

Any dispute regarding these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, subject to an appeal to the Swiss Federal Court.
